With over 25 years of experience in Telecommunications and Information Technology, Wade serves as the Co-Founder and CEO of VenSearch. He believes that to provide the best solutions, one must first understand the unique challenges of each prospective client — asking questions, being attentive, and above all, listening. Before co-founding VenSearch, Wade established CWB Communications & Consulting Services, providing technical consulting on Telecommunications, IT, Cybersecurity, Low Voltage Systems, and Technical Infrastructures. His career also includes roles as President of CooperCraft, Executive Vice President of Operations/COO, and Director of Technology Services/IT Operations at Tift Regional Health System.
Kyle Howell
COO & Co-Founder
Kyle serves as Co-Founder and COO of VenSearch and brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to the technology advisory and consulting industry. His journey was shaped by over seven years of dedicated service as a CFO in the low-voltage industry, where he recognized that clients needed a more efficient way to discover, engage, and collaborate with technology vendors. Prior to co-founding VenSearch, Kyle founded BeanKloud, LLC, specializing in fractional CFO services, business consulting, and software development. His tenure at CooperCraft Communications as Chief Financial Officer and Controller gave him deep insights into the IT & low-voltage sector.

Tim Hobbs
Projects Engineering Support Manager
With over 20 years of expertise in IT systems, project coordination, and technical support, Tim brings a proven track record of driving successful technology initiatives. His background includes leadership positions at Archbold Medical Center, Southwell, Inc., Tift Regional Health System, and CityNet, where he led complex projects, optimized operations, and consistently delivered measurable results. At VenSearch, Tim strengthens project execution, enhances client support, and ensures every engagement runs smoothly from start to finish.
Michael W. Reese
CISO & Partner
Over 30 years’ experience in Information Technology serving in senior executive positions encompassing security, operations management, project management, and business development. A Cybersecurity Specialist, licensed as a Computer Forensics Investigator, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Hacking Forensic Investigator and Fire and Explosion Investigator. Michael has assisted both the DOJ and FBI on several matters, worked with High Tech Crime Units in Portland and Sacramento, and has given expert witness testimony in hearings, depositions and at trial.
Jack Wolf

Jack was Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer for Montefiore Health System and served as President of Montefiore Information Technology. He launched Montefiore IT in 2001, leading the company’s executive management team in bringing a new standard in development to health information technology. His over 30-year career at Montefiore began as Director of IT, progressing to Vice President & CIO in the early 90s and Senior Vice President & CIO in 2015.

Jeff has over 23 years’ experience in healthcare Information Technology focused on advanced technology solution enhancements to the EHR. He has served as a direct contributor and executive leader for implementation, business development and program management for Cerner Corporation’s Advanced Technology Consulting Group. Since departing Cerner, Jeff has worked as a strategic consulting executive leading large-scale EHR continuous improvement efforts and ERP solution integration, most recently in the perioperative supply chain setting.
