With over 25 years of experience in Telecommunications and Information Technology, Wade Brewer serves as the Co-Founder and CEO of VENSEARCH, a company that places a strong emphasis on advocacy over sales. Wade's belief is that to provide the best solutions, one must first understand the unique challenges of each prospective client. This approach requires asking questions, being attentive, and, above all, listening. Wade takes pride in leading a team renowned for its listening skills within the industry.
Before co-founding VENSEARCH, Wade established CWB Communications & Consulting Services, where he provided technical consulting on Telecommunications, Information Technology, IT Security (Cybersecurity, Risk, Privacy), Low Voltage Systems, and Technical Infrastructures, among other services. His career also includes roles such as President of CooperCraft, Executive Vice President of Operations/COO, and Director of Technology Services/IT Operations at Tift Regional Health System.
Throughout his career, Wade has consistently demonstrated a commitment to helping organizations navigate the complexities of technology to achieve their goals efficiently and effectively.
Kyle Howell
Co-Founder & COO
Kyle Howell serves as Co-Founder and COO of VENSEARCH and brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to the technology advisory and consulting industry. His journey into this field was shaped by over seven years of dedicated service as a CFO in the low-voltage industry. During this time, Kyle recognized that clients needed a more efficient way to discover, engage, and collaborate with technology vendors.
Prior to co-founding VENSEARCH, Kyle founded BeanKloud, LLC, a company specializing in fractional CFO services, business consulting, and software development. However, it was during his seven-year tenure at CooperCraft Communications, Inc. that he gained deep insights into the IT & low-voltage sector. As Chief Financial Officer and Controller, Kyle oversaw critical aspects of the business, including finances, operations, and human resources.
Kyle's extensive experience in the low-voltage industry allowed him to recognize a significant need: helping clients navigate the complex world of technology. This realization inspired the founding of VENSEARCH.
Michael W. Reese
CISO & Partner
Over 30 years’ experience in Information Technology serving in senior executive positions encompassing security, general operations management, project management, process change and development, business development as well as service and product management functions. A Cybersecurity Specialist, licensed as a Computer Forensics Investigator, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Hacking Forensic Investigator and Fire and Explosion Investigator . Assisted both the DOJ and FBI on several matters, worked with High Tech Crime Units in Portland and Sacramento. Given expert witness testimony in hearings, depositions and at trial.
Jack Wolf

Jack was Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer for Montefiore Health System and he served as President of Montefiore Information Technology (IT). Mr. Wolf launched Montefiore IT in 2001, leading the company's executive management team in bringing a new standard in development to health information technology. His over 30 year career at Montefiore began as Director of IT. He was promoted to Vice President & Chief Information Officer in the early 90s and in 2015 was promoted to Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer.

Jeff has over 23 years’ experience in healthcare Information technology focused on advanced technology solution enhancements to the EHR. He has performed in the capacity of a direct contributor and executive leader for implementation, business development and program and process management efforts for Cerner Corporations Advanced Technology Consulting Group. Since embarking from Cerner Jeff has worked as a strategic consulting executive leading large scale EHR continuous improvement efforts and ERP solution integration most recently in the perioperative supply chain setting. Jeff strives to continue the mission of optimizing efficiencies through technical advancements enhancing the patient to provider relationship.
