Adobe changed its VIP Marketplace commercial price lists for Creative Cloud and Document Cloud (Acrobat) products effective June 1, 2026, according to software distributor Schneider. The Level 2 discount for customers with 10 to 49 licenses was removed entirely, and discounts at 50 or more licenses were reduced. The change applies to commercial price lists in US dollars, euros, and Australian dollars. Education and government price lists, and several products such as Acrobat Sign, Adobe Express, Stock, and Frame.io, are not affected.
Mid-sized teams lose the most here. A company with 32 Acrobat or Creative Cloud seats now pays the same per-license price as one with eight. Organizations with renewal dates in June 2026 or later are quoted at the new pricing, and adding seats or upgrading products mid-term also uses the new cost basis.
Before your Adobe renewal, ask your reseller for a side-by-side quote at the old and new pricing so you can see the actual dollar change. Review whether every user needs a full Acrobat Pro or Creative Cloud license, or whether some only read and sign PDFs. Adobe offers price protection for customers who commit to three years with 10 or more licenses, which can make sense if your headcount is stable, but compare it against the flexibility you give up.
Adobe's own VIP Marketplace discount page was updated in July 2026. Confirm your tier and current pricing with your reseller instead of relying on last year's quote.
