CallTower, a managed cloud communications provider based in Salt Lake City, completed the acquisition of Momentum Telecom's cloud voice and collaboration business on October 1, 2026. The deal transfers more than 3,500 Momentum customers and over 250 employees to CallTower, bringing the combined customer base to more than 8,500 organizations.
The transaction covers Momentum's cloud voice and collaboration assets and customer relationships only. Momentum itself continues to operate independently, retaining its global network connectivity and managed services businesses under its own name. For customers of Momentum's voice and collaboration services, the day-to-day service now sits under CallTower's management and platform.
CallTower also added four senior Momentum executives to its leadership team: Mark Marquez as Chief Technology Officer, Jennifer Jacobs as Chief Operating Officer, Heather Levenberg as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, and Joe Coomes as Senior Vice President and General Counsel.
Organizations that were Momentum voice or collaboration customers should expect outreach about account transitions, platform details, and support contacts. It is a reasonable time to review service agreements and confirm that existing terms, service levels, and support arrangements carry over correctly under the new ownership.
