Five9 posts 10% revenue growth and launches Voice AI Agents in Q2 2026

Five9 reported second-quarter 2026 results on August 6, 2026. Revenue was $312.4 million, up 10% from $283.3 million a year earlier, and subscription revenue grew 14%. The contact center provider said it launched Five9 Voice AI Agents during the quarter and announced a new customer win of about $100 million in total contract value closed through the Google Marketplace. CEO Amit Mathradas said AI revenue grew faster than subscription revenue, though the release did not give a dollar figure. Five9 guided to full-year 2026 revenue of $1.260 billion to $1.272 billion.
