Neat adds Zoho Cliq to its meeting room devices through Neat Open Apps

Neat announced on September 14, 2026 that Zoho Cliq has joined its Neat Open Apps ecosystem, making Neat the first hardware partner for Zoho's team communication platform, MarketScale reported. The integration supports instant meeting starts from the room device, scheduling that ties a booking to reserving the room, in-room reactions and spotlighting, and an integrated waiting room. It runs on Neat's second-generation devices, is managed through Neat Pulse, and is listed as available on the Neat Bar Generation 2 and Neat Bar Pro. Most meeting room hardware is built around Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Businesses that run on Zoho's suite have had fewer options for a dedicated room device that works natively with their platform, often falling back on a laptop and a USB camera. Support from a hardware maker gives those businesses another path to a consistent room setup. If your organization uses Zoho Cliq, ask your AV provider or Neat partner which features are supported in the room versus on the desktop, how guests on other platforms join, and how the devices are updated and managed. If you use more than one meeting platform, confirm the device can switch between them without manual reconfiguration. More broadly, before buying any room device, list every meeting platform your staff, customers and partners use, and check that each is supported natively. Room hardware usually stays in service for several years, so platform support matters as much as camera and audio quality.
