Fiserv announced on October 19 the global availability of Commerce Hub, a platform that lets enterprise merchants connect to Fiserv's payment capabilities through a single integration. The platform covers onboarding, APIs, local payment methods, acquiring, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting across markets — replacing the need to maintain separate integrations with different payment providers in each country.
Fiserv says Commerce Hub already processes several billion dollars in volume and has grown more than 100% year over year. The platform includes fraud protection, payment optimization, and support for emerging payment methods, with infrastructure built to handle the regulatory and acquiring differences that arise when a business sells across multiple countries. Dell Technologies is among the companies already using it, having added Brazil's Pix payment method through the platform without building a separate local integration.
Enterprise merchants currently managing payments across multiple regions — or planning to expand internationally — may want to evaluate whether a single-connection model fits their operations. Businesses already using Fiserv merchant services should confirm whether their existing contracts and configurations are compatible with, or would benefit from, migrating to Commerce Hub.
